Folsom, California - Hannah Zackney is elated to share the ongoing success of her Heart Wide Open Women’s Empowerment Intensives for women who are ready to say YES to themselves.
Her effective female empowerment groups build an everlasting community of female support and connection. In addition to women learning to say YES to themselves, the intensives begin with 8 to 10 weeks of growth, empowerment, and friendship. Because empowered women, empower other women.
The Heart Wide Open journey includes weekly group training sessions that give women the tools for rewiring and facing fears. Group members also receive complimentary Yoga passes and access to Kundalini and Vinyasa classes. Group nature excursions, group projects and assignments for self-care are also part of the journey.
Graduates of Heart Wide Open that wish to continue are eligible for Level 2 of the intensive as well as the Heart Wide Open Graduation Circle. The intensives and women’s empowerment circle are programs for living life with a TRIBE of like-minded and empowered women on a journey: Showing Up, Braving Growth, Supported all the Way!
