VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug. 19, 2015) - Hanwei Energy Services Corp. (TSX:HE) ("Hanwei" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has executed a Lease Issuance and Drilling Commitment Agreement (the "Commitment Agreement") with a Canadian company (the "Lessor") for certain oil and gas interests occupying some 9.5 sections (approximately 6,000 acres) located approximately five kilometers south of Chestermere, Alberta (the "Chestermere Lands"). |
