BIRMINGHAM, AL--(Marketwired - February 03, 2014) - Harbert United States Real Estate Fund V ("HUSREF V") announces its most recent close bringing equity commitments to a total of approximately $185 million as of January 24, 2014. The fund is currently anchored by a large European pension plan, several U.S. corporate pension plans, insurance companies and prominent university endowments. The fund is targeting $300 million in commitments and is scheduled to hold its final close in June 2014. |
