CHARLOTTETOWN, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND--(Marketwire - March 15, 2011) - The Honourable Gail Shea, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, was at Holland College in Charlottetown today to view the progress on the institution's new Centre for Applied Science and Technology, which will allow the college to expand its health-focused programs.
