Historic Downtown Winter Haven's Landmark Forum Center Rejuvenated as The Hoffman Building |

The 6/10 Corporation has acquired the building previously known as the Forum Center, and housed Winter Haven, Florida's historic Hoffman's Department Store from the late 1930's. |

With that history in mind, the 8800 square feet, 2-story office building located at 39 Third Street SW is being renamed The Hoffman Building, renovated by the 6/10 Corporation, with interior and exterior improvements including a vibrant color scheme, common conference room and other amenities planned for completion in the Fall of this year.
