VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - July 20, 2016) - Homestake Resource Corporation ("Homestake" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:HSR)(FRANKFURT:B6IH) has issued and delivered 1.5 million common shares to Auryn Resources Ltd. ("Auryn") to satisfy a debt of $150,000 advanced pursuant to a loan agreement dated May 10, 2016 and which agreement contained a conversion feature respecting the issuance of common shares of Homestake at $.10 per common share.
