Our one day workshop in modeling and metrics will cover the various modeling strategies including the automatic model selection procedures. Also quality time will be spent on explaining data analysis and graphical review in APO and how to leverage the graphical features to create a better forecast. |

This workshop is recommended as an add-on to our two day Demand Planning and Forecasting workshop. The model complexities will be addressed in the two day workshop and the step by step approach to execute them will be shown in the APO one day workshop.
The workshop specializes exclusively on APO modeling and metrics in a very hands-on format. This is a great opportunity for you to benchmark your implementation with many other companies in attendance.
On completion of the course, you will have better insights into the modeling methodology and also learn how to take advantage of the exception management practices built into APO DP. The attendees will be given a certificate of completion at the end of the workshop.
