Hunter Bay Minerals Announces Proposed Private Placement Financing |

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - June 22, 2012) - Hunter Bay Minerals plc ("Hunter Bay") (TSX VENTURE:HBY)(OTCQX:HTBNF) is pleased to announce that its board of directors have approved a proposed private placement offering of up to 10,000,000 units at a price of $0.20 per unit for gross proceeds of $2,000,000 (the "Offering"). Each unit will consist of one ordinary share ("Share") and one-half of one share purchase warrant ("Warrant"), with each whole Warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional Share at a price of $0.40 per Share for a period of 18 months following the date of issue of the Warrants. Hunter Bay will have the right to accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants if the volume weighted average price of the Shares exceeds $0.60 per Share for 10 consecutive trading days. |
