ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA--(Marketwired - April 28, 2015) - IGEN Networks Corp (the "Company" or "IGEN") (OTCQB:IGEN)(CSE:IGN) is pleased to announce the closing of two non-brokered private placements of a total of 596,839 shares for gross proceeds of C$124,844. The proceeds of the private placements will be used by the Company for general working capital purposes.
