Indico Announces Successful Renegotiation of Final Payments at Ocana |

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 9, 2014) - Indico Resources Ltd. ("Indico" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:IDI) is pleased to announce that the final payment of US$15.5 million due in April 2015 towards the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Ocaņa Porphyry Copper-Gold Project has been amended, resulting in a 1% NSR on commercial production at the Ocaņa project and a five year extension of the terms of the payment. |
