Industry Expert Is the Newest Member of Kaufmann-Rothstein International's Board of Directors |

Kaufmann-Rothstein International, a leading provider of commodity futures and foreign exchange products and services for all types of investors with access to global commodity and financial marketplaces, disclosed today the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Paxton as additional member of the firm's Board of Director. |

With the addition of Mr. Paxton as an additional independent Director, brings the total number of Kaufmann-Rothstein International's Board Member to eight.
"We are very much grateful to have Mr. Jeffrey Paxton as additional member of our Board of directors," said Lindsay Kornemann, Kaufmann-Rothstein International's Chief Operating Officer. "His trading experience as well as his knowledge on stock exchanges will be an important addition to our business asset. We gladly welcome his insights collected from his remarkable career in the financial service industry, as well as from his real trading experience on the increasingly growing electronic brokerage business industry," added Kornemann.
From 2001 to 2007, Mr. Paxton worked as Chief Operation Officer in one of the most recognized commodity brokerage firms in United States. He also worked as financial analyst in one of the local banks in US after his stint as Chief Operation Officer. Mr. Jeffrey Paxton has completed his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering at University of Virginia and attended his master's degree at Stanford University.
Kaufmann-Rothstein International is confident that with the addition of Mr. Paxton to the existing board of directors, the firm will be more objectively focus on its commodity futures related products and services as it likewise expect that global clients will be empowered with more trading strategies and sophisticated trading tools. |
