Inmet Mining Announces Closing of US $500 Million Senior Notes Offering |

TORONTO, CANADA--(Marketwire - Dec. 18, 2012) - Inmet Mining Corporation (TSX:IMN) (Inmet) today announced the closing of its previously announced offering of US $500 million aggregate principal amount of 7.5 percent senior unsecured notes maturing June 2021 (the "Notes"). Inmet intends to use the net proceeds to fund the development and the potential expansion of Cobre Panama and for general corporate purposes. |
