MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Aug. 31, 2016) - Intema Solutions Inc. ("Intema" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:ITM) wishes to amend its news release dated August 26, 2016 (the "Closing Date") announcing the closing of its private placement of 10,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $500,000 (the "Private Placement") to disclose a finder's fee paid in connection with the Private Placement. |
