Interior Specialties, a leader in commercial shading and specialties, has hired Carolyn Haley as an estimator.
In her new role, Haley will be responsible for compiling competitive bids for the company’s specialty products on commercial projects in the healthcare, multi-family, hospitality, education and general commercial markets.
“Carolyn brings strong experience in estimating, particularly for Division 10, to her role” said Dave Riley, president of Interior Specialties. “In addition, her background in design makes her a valuable asset on shading projects. We look forward to putting her knowledge of specialties to work on the wealth of projects here in Florida.”
Haley will bring more than 15 years of experience in design and construction management to her role. Her previous experiences span the range of pre-construction, construction, drafting and designing.
Most recently, she worked as vice president of the Southwest Region for Rocky Duron & Associates. She previously served as an estimator there before moving to chief estimator and CAD supervisor. In her role, Haley managed estimators and installers, as well as produced AutoCAD drawings for Division 10 submittals.
Haley is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree in interior design.
