ISG technology Launches Its First Internship Programme |
|
ISG technology, the managed services, networking and software development specialist, has launched a new internship programme at its European Support Centre located in Sofia, Bulgaria. The new programme starts this July and will employ five students in the Company's IT and Software Development departments. |
|
The interns will receive hands-on experience from the IT Outsourcing Company, with flexible part-time hours that are scheduled around the students' studies.
Each student will have a personal mentor and will obtain important job training in order to gain practical experience, develop excellent work habits and narrow the gap between the business environment and higher education. This will include working with ISG technology clients and solving real issues, both under supervision and independently.
ISG technology will provide the interns with computers, textbooks and access to IT resources and the most successful candidates will be offered full time employment.
On completion of the programme which will last from three to six months, it is expected that interns will have acquired various technical, social, methodological and organisational skills, as well as the ability to communicate comfortably with clients via the telephone and email.
