JDWIN Brings Reverse Feasibility Studies to Saudi Entrepreneurs: One Sentence In, One Verifiable Verdict Out |
|
JDWIN, a Saudi business-intelligence platform, offers AI-powered reverse feasibility studies that read a site's access, visibility, traffic, competition and demand before any revenue projection. Users get one of four verdicts and a 0-100 index built on declared weights and thresholds fixed in advance, in a report that can be verified online. |

Saudi Arabia: JDWIN (جدوِن), a Saudi business-intelligence platform, is highlighting its approach to one of the costliest decisions in small-business planning: choosing where to open. JDWIN describes its product as the world's first AI engine for reverse feasibility studies. It is a method that starts from the place and the market rather than from the business idea, and ends in one clear verdict. A traditional feasibility study usually begins with an assumption that the idea will succeed, treats the location as settled, and then estimates revenue. JDWIN reverses that order: from the street to the spreadsheet, not from the spreadsheet to the street. It first asks whether a given site can support a given activity at all.
How it works
Users describe their idea in natural language, typed or spoken, for example "a specialty café near the university," and confirm the exact place on a map. They can also upload a photo of the shopfront so the engine can read sign clarity and street visibility, or attach a rent offer or cost sheet.
JDWIN then analyzes the site across five layers: the access network and travel time; frontage and sign visibility; a cited source for every figure; traffic and peak hours; and one combined index. According to the company, the engine reads 2,194 variables across 70 analysis categories, and treats nearby competitors' reviews as demand signals. Data sources include the General Authority for Statistics, city data, mapping platforms, and movement and price layers. The output is one of four verdicts: Proceed, Proceed with care, Do not proceed yet, or Do not proceed. It comes with the JDWIN Index, a score out of 100. Weights are declared and vary by business model, and decision thresholds are fixed before the analysis rather than adjusted per case.
Built to be checked
Each figure in a JDWIN report shows its source. Anything not measured at the user's site is marked as an estimate. Every decision states its "measured coverage," meaning the share of the verdict's weight that rests on measured data. The official report has 11 sections across four depths, from Verdict to Alpha. Each report carries a serial number and a file fingerprint. Paid plans include a signed PDF that can be checked on JDWIN's verification page. JDWIN's published methodology also sets out its limits: it measures how well a place fits an activity, not the operator's ability; it reflects present conditions, not unannounced future developments; and its results are bounded by the weakest data layer available for a site.
"Our aim is a verdict you can check, not one you have to take on trust," the JDWIN team said in a company statement. "Every figure carries its source, every estimate is labeled as an estimate, and the thresholds are set before the analysis begins."
Sectors and pricing
JDWIN covers food and beverage, health and beauty, everyday services, electronics and e-commerce, fashion, hospitality, education, automotive, home and furniture, jewelry and real estate. Its JDWIL agents support scheduled research and prepare drafts that are sent only with the user's approval. Every new account receives four analyses at no cost, with no card required. A one-time pack of two reports costs SAR 90 and is valid for 12 months. Monthly plans start at SAR 200 (Prime), with Pro plans at SAR 400 and SAR 800, and Business plans for teams of 3 to 100 seats from SAR 100 per seat. JDWIN states that customer studies are not used to train general AI models and that data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
