Mrs. Heinz is an associate at the firm of Cipriani & Werner. She serves as national counsel for multiple international and domestic companies, and is an appellate specialist for Cipriani & Werner, P.C.. Her areas of concentration include life science litigation, products liability, cyber security and medical malpractice litigation. She serves as counsel in several state and federal mass tort litigations representing manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceuticals, prosthetics, skincare products, surgical mesh, and various surgical devices. Mrs. Heinz has also defensed clients in consumer contract disputes and insurance bad faith matters, and she is a member of the Information Privacy and Data Security Team.
