A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Rochester, Mr. Rodriguez received his J.D. from the Georgetown Law Center and obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. He has significant work experience with tax compliance, consulting and controversy matters. Mr. Rodriguez was recently selected to Super Lawyers and was featured in the Super Lawyers Magazine and in the New York Times Super Lawyers Supplement. Mr. Rodriguez has been invited as a speaker and panelist in numerous tax conferences and has published various tax articles including Los Principiosy Métodos Estatales de la Tributación Multi-Jurisdiccional, Revista Quaestio Iuris (Julio, 2015), Due Process & Retroactive Taxation, NYU Institute on Taxation, Matthew Bender (LexisNexis) (2012, 2013, 2015), and Examining the Constitutionality of State Tax Amnesty in Federal Court, Tax Notes 2009 STT 97 (May 25, 2009).

Mr. Rodriguez is a member of the Advisory Board of the NYU Institute on State and Local Taxation and is also an active member of the Federal Bar Council as well as various bar organizations including the New York State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, and the New York City Bar Association.
