CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Dec. 31, 2015) - Jura Energy Corporation (TSX:JEC) ("Jura") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Spud Energy Pty Limited ("SEPL"), has entered into a secured long term syndicated financing arrangement (the "Facility") totalling Pakistan Rupees ("PKR") 750 million (US$7,153,500 using the Bank of Canada December 29, 2015 exchange rate of PKR1 = US$0.009538) effective December 18, 2015.
