VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb. 28, 2014) - KCO Capital Inc. ("KCO") (TSX VENTURE:KCO.P), a capital pool company trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), announces that in order to finance the expenses of a another potential Qualifying Transaction (as that term is defined under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV")), KCO has arranged a private placement of gross proceeds up to $500,000 by way of the issuance of five million common shares at $0.10 per share, subject to regulatory approval. |
