TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 27, 2011) - Knightscove Media Corp. (TSX VENTURE:KC.A)(TSX VENTURE:KC.B) ("Knightscove") is pleased to announce that it has completed a private placement offering of 2,500,000 units (each a "Unit") at a price of CDN$0.10 per Unit for aggregate proceeds of CDN$250,000. Of this amount, 580,000 subordinate voting shares have been subscribed for by 1365106 Ontario Inc., the private services company of Knightscove's CEO and President Leif Bristow. The private placement is subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. |
