TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 6, 2012) - Laramide Resources Ltd. ("Laramide" or the "Company") (TSX:LAM) has completed a second tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Offering"). The second tranche consisted of an additional 750,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.80 per Unit for gross proceeds of $0.6 million. The second tranche combined with the 2,125,000 Units which was completed on December 30, 2011, brings the total amount raised under the Offering to $2.3 million. |
