TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 27, 2017) - Liberty Silver Corp. ("Liberty" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed a CAD $1,515,000 non-brokered private placement ("Private Placement"). The Private Placement financing was previously announced in the Company's March 1, 2017 press release, which stated that Liberty would offer up to 1,500,000 shares of common stock (each a "Share") at a price of CAD $1.00 per Share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to CAD $1,500,000. |
