LIDO-LANG Audited for EN 15038 Compliance |

On Thursday, 21 April, Bureau Veritas Certification Polska conducted a certification audit. The audit aimed at verifying LIDO-LANG's compliance with the EN 15038 requirements. Similarly to previous years, the audit results were a full success and LIDO-LANG achieved 92 out of 94 points. |

The annual audits confirm compliance among the office with adopted quality benchmarks. This year's audit was focused on controlling the following aspects in particular:
• procedures for handling information and materials obtained from customers;
• details of the translation process;
• assessment of periodic contractor evaluations.
In addition, one of the discussed areas was LIDO-LANG's quality objectives set for the year 2011.
LIDO-LANG has been PN-EN 15038 certified since 2007. All audits to date had confirmed its compliance with the adopted quality benchmarks across all day-to-day office operations. The successful results of both external audits as well as ongoing in-house quality assurance are greatly aided by the XTRF Translation Management System implemented at LIDO-LANG.
PN-EN 15038 is a pan-European certificate for translation businesses. The certificate proves the application of standards that warrant the highest quality of provided services. |
