Luce Energy Promotes Road Safety To Schools |

Students of the Al-Hehkma International School Bahrain have been given some important lessons in road safety by a team of safety experts from the one of the leading oil & gas exploration companies, Luce Energy, who used a roll-over simulator to explain the significance of using seat-belts in vehicles.
The occasion was a road safety awareness drive, organised by the school as part of the annual safety event whose theme this year was road safety. Some 600 students in the age-group of 6-12 years took part in the drive during which they made aware of how using seat-belts can save lives in the event of a vehicle's roll-over.
Commenting on Luce Energy's participation in the drive, Mahmoud Al Alawi, Public Relations Manager, Luce Energy, said: "We have identified and incorporated road safety awareness programmes as one of the key community outreach programmes, undertaken by the company on a regular basis. We want to be actively involved in our community and support initiatives that are aimed at accomplishing the general well-being and welfare of the community member, as a part of our Corporate Citizenship program."
