(TSX VENTURE:BMK) ("MacDonald Mines", "MacDonald" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, it has entered into an Option and Joint Venture ("JV") agreement ("the Option Agreement") with Noble Mineral Exploration Inc.
