(TSX VENTURE:BMK) ("MacDonald Mines", or the "Company"), announces that it has closed a third tranche of its private placement offering (the "Offering") originally announced on December 19, 2016, pursuant to which it has issued 5,050,000 non flow-through units of the Company (see below) for gross proceeds of $303,000.
