VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 23, 2012) - MAG Silver Corp. (TSX:MAG)(NYSE MKT:MVG)(NYSE Amex:MVG) ("MAG" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its previously disclosed private placement will be an offering of 3,526,210 common shares at a per share price of C$9.40 (the "Offering") for gross proceeds of approximately C$33.1 million.
