Wooldridge has joined the firm and will focus his practice on tax, general corporate matters, franchise law and intellectual property. Wooldridge is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law and holds an advanced degree in tax law from Northwestern University School of Law. He has a B.S. in Physics Engineering from Washington and Lee University.
