OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 30, 2016) - Melkior Resources Inc. ("Melkior") (TSX VENTURE:MKR) is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement of 6,200,000 flow units and 3,200,000 non-flow through units at a price of $0.055 per flow through unit and a price of $0.05 per non-flow through units for gross proceeds of $501,000. Each flow through unit is comprised of one flow through common share and one non-flow through common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles its holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.10 for a period of 24 months following the closing. Each non-flow through unit is comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles its holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.07 for a period of 24 months following the closing. |
