LIVINGSTON, NJ--(Marketwired - May 23, 2016) -
Milestone Scientific Inc
(NYSE: MLSS) today announced the Company's Board of Directors has approved a follow-on financing, expected to close in the coming weeks, with a group of investors that participated in the Company's May 2014 financing. The group will invest an additional $1.7 to $2.0 million in a private placement of unregistered common stock at $2.00 per share. There were no fees associated with the financing and the investors will not receive warrants or other special preferences related to the financing. |
