TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 14, 2015) - Mooncor Oil & Gas Corp. ("Mooncor") (TSX VENTURE:MOO) announces the termination of the non-binding letter agreement (the "LOI") for the arm's length acquisition by Mooncor of 100% of the common shares of Birch Lake Energy Inc. ("Birch Lake") (TSX VENTURE:BLK), previously announced on February 26, 2014.
