TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 16, 2015) - Morumbi Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MOC) ("Morumbi" or the "Company") wishes to announce a proposed non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") of up to 200 Units at a price of $1,000 per Unit, with each Unit consisting of $1,000 principal amount of convertible unsecured debentures due August 31, 2018 (the "Maturity Date") and 20,000 share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $200,000. |
