TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 10, 2012) - Morumbi Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MOC) ("Morumbi" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed a non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") for aggregate gross proceeds of $400,000. The Company issued 1,000,000 units (each a "Unit"), at a price of $0.40 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company ("Common Share") and one common share purchase warrant (each a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share of the Company at a price of $0.45 until September 10, 2014, subject to earlier exercise in accordance with the terms thereof. |
