HR Strategies in Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals Forum, themed "Moving From Proactive To Reactive culture", will hold its 7th annual edition in Doha Qatar from 14 - 16 May 2012.
Following the success from previous years, HR Strategies in Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals has become one of the key HR events for Oil and Gas in the region. The conference aims on accentuating on the increasing importance of adhering to newer HR strategies and procedures in this sector.
With the increase in demand of oil and gas, the challenge for the HR professionals also increases.
