About Tien Pham
Tien Pham is an attorney in the Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigations practice group of the Washington, D.C. office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed. Tien advises corporations, individuals and other entities on compliance, internal investigations, corporate governance, and securities and accounting investigations. In particular, she has significant experience conducting risk assessments, due diligence reviews and internal investigations matters, including those stemming from whistleblower reports, as well as securities investigations involving alleged accounting improprieties. Tien has represented clients in anti-corruption and securities matters involving the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the US Department of Justice, and the UK Serious Fraud Office. Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Tien was a tax associate at a large national law firm. Prior to entering law practice, she was a fraud analyst at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP. Tien also law clerked for the SEC’s Enforcement Division and the Maryland Attorney General’s Securities Division. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
