(TSX VENTURE: NTS) (OTCQX: NTSFF) is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of Canadian underwriters (the "Underwriters") under which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal private placement basis 10,434,783 common shares ( the "Common Shares") of Nanotech Security Corp., at a price of $1.15 per Common Share (the "Offering Price"), for aggregate gross proceeds of $12,000,000 (the "Offering"). |
