GREAT FALLS, MONTANA--(Marketwired - Nov. 10, 2014) - Canadian-based NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul Corporation ("NCSG") announced today that its U.S. subsidiary, NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul Services, Inc., has acquired substantially all of the assets of Great Falls, Montana-based business, H&H Crane Service Inc. ("H&H")
H&H Crane Service's parent company was founded in Great Falls, MT in 1987 by Tom Harant. The company is the leading supplier of fully operated and maintained crane services in Great Falls. The State of Montana is currently experiencing substantial economic growth and is the location of a number of proposed wind farms, proposed refinery expansions, and home to the western portion of the Bakken oil shale. |
