VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Nov. 26, 2015) - NeutriSci International Inc. (the "Company" or "NeutriSci") (TSX VENTURE:NU) is pleased to announce that it has closed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement (the "Placement") previously announced on October 20, 2015, for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,342,340.
