Kyle Courtaway, Director of Learning Services at Ninthedge Inc., is joining Prana Business as a new certified partner. Mr. Courtaway will utilize Prana's innovative, business execution service PB Line-of-Sight™, which uniquely measures the ability of companies to execute strategy. Mr. Courtaway's experience in talent management and leadership development alongside the PB Line-of-Sight™ system will allow his clients to grow and differentiate their companies. Business leaders will learn to execute their strategy throughout the entire organization by effectively implementing this unique methodology.
Kyle Courtaway is the Director of Learning Services at Ninthedge Inc. in Grayslake, IL. He also serves as master faculty for KornFerry, as well as The Cradlerock Group. In addition, he is also a learning consultant at TMA World. He previously served as director of training and development at the College of Lake County. Prior to that, he served as a principal at Odyssey Learning. He has also held various positions at Arthur Andersen, including instructional designer and organizational development manager. He obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees in communication from Illinois State University. |
