TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 14, 2016) - NewCastle Gold Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:NCA), (the "Company" or "NewCastle") is pleased to announce that it has closed the second and final tranche of the previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Placement") of 1,818,182 common shares, of the Company (the "Shares") at a price of $0.275 per Share for gross proceeds to the Company of $500,000. The proceeds of the Placement will be used for general corporate purposes. |
