SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA--(Marketwired - June 13, 2014) - Nitro Petroleum Inc. (OTCBB:NTRO) announces that the company has satisfied its $175,000.00 debt which leaves Nitro basically debt free. Nitro Petroleum Inc. is also pleased to announce it has acquired 15% of the Razorback #1 well located in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma. This well is awaiting a Frac job which should be completed on or before June 23, 2014. We will keep you posted on the results once we put this well into production.
