No New FAA Shutdown: Senators Strike Deal |
|
Senators reached a deal Thursday night to avert another partial shutdown of the FAA. The standoff between Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., apparently endded their battle over bike paths and white squirrels. The FAA would have run out of funding at Midnight on Friday.
