Noka Resources Announces Brokered Private Placement to Raise Up to $750,000
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug. 9, 2013) - Noka Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NX) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Macquarie Private Wealth Inc. (the "Agent"), to act as agent in connection with a brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of up to 5,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.15 per Unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $750,000. The Agent has a 15% over allotment option.
