On a politically charged trip to Cincinnati, President Obama took aim at the top two Republicans in Congress, Speaker of the House John Boehner, R-Ohio, and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., both of whom he derided for opposing his $447 billion jobs bill.
