The OMD-501 Trace and OMD-401 Percent oxygen analyzers feature a user friendly, menu driven interface, high accuracy design, and a compact ¼ DIN package. The units are powered with a 12 - 28VDC power supply, offer an isolated 4 - 20mA analog output, 2 field configurable Normally Open / Normally Closed alarm contacts with built in delay mode. The units have the ability to operate in auto-range or in manual range mode using one of its 5 built in ranges. The unit does offer a range ID output and built in temperature compensation.
The OMD-501 Trace Oxygen Analyzer comes standard with 0 - 10, 0 - 100, 0 - 1000, 0 - 1% and 0 - 25%. The OMD-401 Percent Oxygen Analyzer comes standard with 0 - 1%, 0 - 5%, 0 - 10%, 0 - 25% and 0 - 100%. Custom ranges are available.
The analyzers are configured with a remote flow through sensor housing using 1/8" or ¼" BSPP fittings. An optional KF-40 housing is available for the glove box industry. Trace analyzers come standard with our TO2-1x PPM Oxygen sensor or TO2-2x if CO2 levels are > 0.1%. Percent analyzers come standard with our PO2-160 Percent Oxygen sensor or PO2-24 if CO2 levels are > 0.1%.
The units are available for custom packaging including a NEMA4X (IP66) outdoor enclosure. Popular installations include Industrial Gas Plants, PSA Skids, Bio-Research and Glove Box, glass manufacturing, environmental monitoring, CO2 production and a variety of additional applications.
