ITHACA, NEW YORK--(Marketwired - May 22, 2013) - Ongweoweh Corp. announces that it acquired ownership of 11,538,461 common shares ("Common Shares") of the Axios Mobile Assets Corp. (the "Issuer") pursuant to a private placement of the Issuer on March 12, 2012, representing approximately 12.8% of the total issued and outstanding Common Shares, based on there being 90,232,565 Common Shares of the Issuer outstanding as of March 12, 2012. Following the March 12, 2012 private placement, Ongweoweh owned 11,955,128 Common Shares, representing approximately 13.2% of the total issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Issuer, based on there being 90,232,565 Common Shares of the Issuer outstanding as of March 12, 2012. |
