Nirmal Vasundhara Private Limited is now an ocean bound plastic certified collector. The certification program was created by the founders to encourage the capture of Ocean Bound Plastic (OBP) by giving it an additional value and recognition in the market. |

Nirmal Vasundhara Private Limited is now an ocean bound plastic certified collector. The certification program was created by the founders to encourage the capture of Ocean Bound Plastic (OBP) by giving it an additional value and recognition in the market. Only few organization in India are awarded with this certificate. This program is composed of four standards dedicated to ocean protection from plastic marine litter and covering all operations related to OBP from collection, recycling, treatment or plastic footprint offsetting and OBP Neutralization certificates generation.
The OBP Certification Program by the NGO Zero Plastic Oceans in collaboration with the certification group Control Union to protect oceans from the continuous leakage of Ocean Bound Plastic (OBP) from land-based activities.
As per the ever-increasing plastic pollution of the environment and the ocean, founders started a model for companies to finance the collection of Ocean Bound Plastic (called ZPO Initiative) |
