VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 12, 2017) - Orca Gold Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ORG) ("Orca" or the "Company") announces the intention to raise $15 million by way of a non-brokered private placement of 37,500,000 units at a price of $0.40 per unit (the "Private Placement"). Each unit will consist of one common share of the Company and a one-half share purchase warrant, with each full warrant exercisable at $0.55 for 12 months from the date of closing of the Private Placement. |
