TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 10, 2013) - Organic Potash Corporation (CNSX:OPC) ("OPC" or the "Corporation") announced today that the Corporation will undertake a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to 10,000,000 common shares of the Corporation at a price of $0.10 per share for total proceeds of up to one million dollars ("$1,000,000") CDN. |
